All you need is an autoclave and Nalgene bottles that refrain from indicating whether they are autoclave-friendly polypropylene or the more pliable polyethylene.
Yep...we were participating in their craft-brewery QC day. We often use outside labs to verify our own in-house analysis. They offer a discount on the analysis and also provide a great breakdown of the overall results. It provides an interesting snapshot of some of the craft breweries and their QC standards.
The results are an aggregate and not identified, but it is still interesting, even if it's mostly of a self-selecting group.
