Schlafly Photo of the Day

The ultimate in last minute dry-hopping; or how to make your beer pals jealous.

*Note: a small vial of isomerized hop extract may be easier to transport than a bale of whole leaf hops. But a hope head must do what a hop head must do....

I had a sample of Hop essence from Baath Haas and used to put it beer at $2 beer night to trick up commercial swill that they where plying .

You only need a tiny drop of this stuff in a beer and the typical dosage rate is 10ml per Hectolitre but costs about 240 Uk pounds per Litre so its not in the price rage for the beer enthusiast or even homebrewer .
